Improvements to Elliott, Rose, 7th Street and various intersections starts July 27, 2023 and are estimated to be completed mid-August, 2023. City Commissioners awarded the contract to a local contractor, Raydon, after an RFP process. Scheduling the sequencing of the improvement projects are focused on areas around the schools to ease the traffic control around the start of schools on August 8, 2023. Please be respectful of construction workers and avoid parking on Elliott, Rose and 7th during this construction period. The estimated completion in mid-August is dependent upon weather and availability of materials.
